This is Ibaraki-ken, Hitachi-Nakashi's best of the best food from the ocean served up so very yummy. Sometimes there is Supon turtle dishes made up, but also their Yakisoba is very delicious, making you want to come back again and again for more that they offer on the menu. Although the restaurant mainly serves monkfish and seafood dishes, it is also famous for its Nakaminato Yakisoba. The sauce yakisoba has a very sour sauce on the bottom of the plate, so it was great to eat it with that sauce. It's even better if you sprinkle some pepper on the soft steamed noodles. The boiled offal was sweet but delicious and went well with the rice.

I wanted to eat Nakaminato Yakisoba, so I went to this restaurant, which is said to be the original. I was lucky that it was very empty on Tuesday during Golden Week, probably because it's usually closed. The three of us shared the seafood bowl, the braised flatfish and rice set, and the sauce yakisoba (medium). The seafood bowl was delicious, but not as expected. Well, sauce yakisoba is like this. Even though it was medium size, it was very filling. A happy miscalculation was the boiled flatfish. It was much bigger than I expected, had plenty of eggs, and tasted super delicious. Also, the side dishes and soup in the rice set are delicious. (I wanted to try fried noodles with squid, but before I entered the store, it said it was out of stock.) I was told about good shops to buy souvenirs, and everyone at the shops was very kind. I'm very satisfied. If I have a chance, I would like to go eat monkfish next time.
