You can enjoy natural sushi at Nakaminato. Local fish sushi is so delicious that it melts in your mouth. My personal recommendation is tuna, octopus, and horse mackerel! Arajiru has a lot of ingredients and is good value for money. The fried octopus was recommended by the general, and it was plump and delicious. At the counter, the chef taught me how to eat delicious sushi. I also enjoy talking with the General. This time I visited with my husband, but next time I want to bring both parents, it's a good shop.

I visited again on 10/29. I don't remember how many times, but I've been going here for over 10 years. I'm enjoying my meal in a style that hasn't changed. You can eat delicious fish while enjoying the conversation with the master at the counter. The photo shows a large set meal of local fish. A master with a human touch is the best. It often fills up quickly, so we recommend getting there early.

I went on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the ``Seasonal Natural Seafood Bowl'' and ``Shijimi Soup'' recommended by the owner. The seafood bowl ingredients seem to change depending on the day, but today it was tuna, squid (2 types), bonito, sardines, shrimp, sea bream, and salmon roe. Everything was the most delicious I've ever eaten. The clam soup has clam stock, and when I took a sip, I was surprised at how delicious it was. There were also a lot of large clams. It was a great satisfaction.
