Hitachiomiya, Ibaraki, Japan｜やきや・しんたく

I looked at Google Maps and visited without knowing that reservations were required. I waited for a while without making a disgusted face, but I was led to a space between the wooden boards of the hearth. Both the tempura and soba were delicious.

This is my 4th visit. I have been indebted to you since before it was aired on TV, but every time I ask for a course, so I will ask after making a reservation. When I visited, there were people who came to the store without a reservation and were refused. Please make a reservation before visiting ^_^ It seems that most people eat soba noodles for lunch, but please try eating pottery as well! ︎ Both soba and grilled food are really delicious. I will visit again with my family around autumn (*^^*)

On August 15th, in the middle of summer, I went to a soba restaurant called Yakiya Shintaku in Hitachiomiya City. Even though I live in Ibaraki Prefecture, unlike Yachiyo Town, Hitachiomiya City was so comfortable that I could live there with just a fan and no air conditioning. The soba noodles were rather thin, chewy, and delicious. I also had the salt-grilled sweetfish. It's a nice place with a nice atmosphere.
