The photo shows the Stamina Chilled Large Size 750+110=860 yen. Since the liver is sliced thinly, I recommend it to those who want to eat stamina but don't like the smell of liver. I also like the sweetness of pumpkin over liver, and I'm someone who wants to eat stamina, so I prefer it. The filling is thinly sliced and pliable. It tastes good and goes well with the noodles. It's not very crunchy. Other people wrote that the shopkeeper was eccentric, but he was actually a cheerful and nice shopkeeper. They gave me a stick of gum with my change, I remember it so much (lol)
I've been eating this ramen for over 10 years. It's an old-fashioned ramen shop. Soy sauce ramen and miso ramen are old-fashioned, not modern. The master has been running this shop at this location for decades. I've seen some reviews about his attitude, but the master is also a human being. If something unpleasant happens, don't you feel bad? I've been visiting this store for 10 years, but I've never come across a situation like that, and the store is always crowded with repeat customers, so the only person who writes a review like that that disparages the master and the store is just one regular customer. I feel bad about it. I don't think we would have such a problem if we as customers didn't show an excessively arrogant attitude saying that we are customers... Anyway, the food is delicious, and the owner's attitude is like that of a normal, friendly owner. I want you to think carefully about the meaning of the store continuing here for decades.
