It's not very crunchy. Other people wrote that the shopkeeper was eccentric, but he was actually a cheerful and nice shopkeeper. They gave me a stick of gum with my change, I remember it so much (lol)

It's not that it's much better than restaurants that rely solely on stamina, but it's delicious. The fried rice and gyoza taste like a delicious restaurant! The master has been running this shop at this location for decades. I've seen some reviews about his attitude, but the master is also a human being. If something unpleasant happens, don't you feel bad? I've been visiting this store for 10 years, but I've never come across a situation like that, and the store is always crowded with repeat customers, so the only person who writes a review like that that disparages the master and the store is just one regular customer. I feel bad about it. I don't think we would have such a problem if we as customers didn't show an excessively arrogant attitude saying that we are customers... Anyway, the food is delicious, and the owner's attitude is like that of a normal, friendly owner. I want you to think carefully about the meaning of the store continuing here for decades.
