This restaurant is located along National Route 118 between Hitachiomiya City and Daigo Town. It was managed by two kind elderly ladies. Fuji-san has a variety of delicious dishes such as fried foods and curry, but I ended up ordering the pork ginger grilled set meal (thickly sliced), which is my favorite. The thickly sliced ​​loin meat is very tender. I think it's more ingenious than just grilling and cooking. The sauce has a good balance of ginger without being too harsh. It's also great when eaten with rice. While you're waiting for your meal, you can enjoy studying kanji with a teacup (fish only) or looking at the signature colored paper inside the restaurant. The autographs of Hiroshi Abe and Kisenosato were framed. Why not stop by when you go to Fukuroda Falls, one of Japan's three major waterfalls.

My first visit...I ordered the ginger grilled (thick meat) set meal, soft pork cutlet set meal, pork cutlet set meal (wisteria), and tempura set meal. Since it was noon, I waited about 15 minutes to get in. The ginger grilled meat was thick and the pork cutlet was all thick and delicious♪
