Visited with family around 1pm on Golden Week. This restaurant is located on the second floor of a souvenir shop. It's a shop run by a local lady who doesn't seem to have time to clean up, so I had to wait a while. (There are chairs and a TV in the waiting area.) My two children ordered a children's curry (¥800), my husband ordered a large serving of zaru soba (¥800 + a large serving of ¥250), and I ordered a grated nameko soba (¥950). I didn't expect much from the taste, but the soba noodles are handmade (you can watch them being made through the glass) and are delicious! ! It was a hot day, so the grated nameko soba was refreshing and cool. The children's curry fried chicken and fried shrimp were also decent. Soba soup is not served, but they will bring it if you ask. From the terrace, you can look out over the Ryujin Suspension Bridge! I didn't order it, but apparently they use Saza Coffee (a famous coffee shop in Ibaraki).
