Perfect French cuisine experience (I am French). I highly recommend that restaurant! Only on reservation because the chef runs his small restaurant alone.

A French restaurant near Katsuta Technical High School. I used it about 3 times during the day and at night. It is a restaurant that is famous for not being able to make reservations, but since the owner is the sole owner, I think the number of reservations he takes in a day is small. It's relatively easy to get reservations for dinner, but you may have to wait 2-3 weeks for lunch. . . (;'∀') I think it's better to make a reservation early. The dishes are carefully selected from the ingredients, and all of them are very delicious. It's a very nice restaurant when you want to have a quiet meal as you can eat in peace.

A hidden French restaurant known only to those in the know. I used it on the third anniversary of my mother-in-law's death, and she told me that she had reserved it for the day, so perhaps she was showing some consideration. I am grateful to Kagezen for organizing the memorial service, which was a calm one for only my family. I don't know if it was just that day, but there was only one young male chef cooking and in the hall, and the course meals were brought out slowly. All of the dishes are elaborately prepared, delicious, and very satisfying. I had heard from a friend that the food here wasn't very filling, but that wasn't the case, and I was able to get a second helping of bread, and I was full. We may not be able to accommodate many customers, so we recommend making reservations early. I think you can choose from a variety of dishes, including fish and meat. 2022.8.5 Revisited The dinner party was supposed to be a gathering of 6 people for the first time in a while, but due to close contact, positive symptoms, and adverse reactions to the vaccine, there were only 3 people. That's why I was moved by the generosity and warmth of the chef, who didn't show a single sign of displeasure even though three people canceled on the day (Kana Nishino). There are two appetizers, gazpacho soup, sea bream poélée, red wine sorbet, duck steak, dessert, and coffee, all of which are made with carefully selected ingredients. The explanations are thorough and the cost performance is great! Currently, it seems that only one group is allowed during the day and night, so I think there is less fear of infection. This is a restaurant that I really recommend ☺️
