Mito, Ibaraki, Japan｜Rock Burger / ロックバーガー

I love Japanese food but after a while I get a craving for hometown food and this place makes a legit, American style burger. I was very happy. Old style coca-cola in a glass with a lemon slice...oh man, this place knows how to do it!

Really good! First timer, and I’ll be back for sure. Burger patty was fabulous with perfect seasoning. Simple but that is how it should be with great beef. Tomato was flavorful and lettuce crisp. Bun was the perfect softness to hold it all together. And then the fries! Crispy and creamy at the same time. Vanilla shake was excellent too. Staff were friendly. One minor complaint: the draft beer machine needs a clean. Go here, it rocks!

I was going to write a review, but it turned out to be a draft, so I reposted it. Even if there is no extra sauce, just the taste of the patty is satisfying💯 If you feel that the saltiness is not enough, you can eat fries alternately with ketchup and mustard while eating burgers and fries. It is a shop I would like to visit again when I have business in Mito.
