I always stop by on my way home from Hitachinaka National Park. It's a weekday evening, but it's quite crowded. I'm going there hungry, so I couldn't wait to order it...The miso stewed udon here is on a different level.The udon served in a big bowl is chewy and has a thick soup, but you can drink it easily, so you won't be half satisfied. People around me didn't know about it, so I hope they open a store in Tokyo and Saitama soon.
