More Comments at Google MapI finally got to go to Kitchen Yan. It was very delicious. As I ate it, I wondered what I should try on the menu next time. Cashew nuts for tandan noodles. It's full of flavor and not spicy. You can add more spiciness, so add more next time. The shrimp wonton soup is delicious and plump. Byan Byan noodles are served with soup at the end. I also wanted to aim for the kitchen truck business. You can find out the business days on Instagram. Check it out!
I received 1,100 yen for tandan noodles (with soup). In conclusion, I felt that if I ate at this Chinese restaurant, I would be satisfied with the deliciousness and depth of the flavor, even though I was told it would cost 2,500 yen. It was a hot day, so I was sweating even under the electric fan in the restaurant, but in my opinion, it was worth it. I also recommend the gyoza as it is delicious.
The tantanmen without soup has a wonderful aroma and the noodles are chewy, and the tantanmen with soup can feel the sweetness and umami in the spiciness. I prefer thick dandan noodles with soup. I was surprised at how delicious the self-service jasmine tea was. The sweet scent of jasmine is a nice pause to the spicy tandan noodles. You cannot turn right from the opposite lane, so use the traffic light in front of you to turn from the back.
