2023.10.29 I finally found a ramen shop while there weren't many food shops. It was crowded and we had to wait outside for 5 minutes. It seemed like a lot of people were ordering things with a thick texture, but I ordered chashu noodles and gyoza. Thin and meaty char siu noodles with soy sauce flavor, it was the first satisfying char siu noodles in a while! It was very cheap and I would come back if it was nearby.

I had the Stamina cold large serving and gyoza! The stamina ramen was delicious, maybe I'll try the double next time. The gyoza was so delicious! There's a lot of garlic, so much so that you can feel the spiciness. It would be great if I could drink beer with this.

I learned from the Ibaraki Shimbun online version that there is a restaurant that has taken over (temporarily kept) the signboard of Tora-san Ramen that used to be in Hitachinaka City, so I went there to taste Stamina Ramen for the first time in a while. Yeah. It tastes like this! As expected, the owner, who was a former store manager, has real skills.
