More Comments at Google MapVery carefully made soba and tempura! I could feel the store's dedication to soba noodles. It was very delicious. Google said it was closed on Wednesdays, but I didn't know what to do, so I called and they were open. The red light on the calendar is good night. Therefore, we are closed on Sunday.
A shop that is like a hideaway that stands quietly. It is located on a hill, so you can enjoy the view. Since I visited in early December, I was able to enjoy the autumn leaves. Gravel parking is available along the road and behind the building. The air inside the store is clean with high ceilings and is clean. There is a hearth near the entrance, and you can eat there too. Tatami mat seats and table seats are also available. I had Kenchin-tsuke soba. Enjoy cold soba with warm kenchin soup. We added Choco Tempura 300 yen, which is limited to 10 Choco per day. I am giving it well. It was with persimmon tempura. I definitely want to visit this shop again
Visited on Saturday around 11:30 pm. It is so popular that the parking lot is full. There is a hearth in the store, and it is a wonderful space. It was cold, so I ordered Kenchin-tsuke soba and Chokoten. There were many kinds of Chokoten ingredients such as green peppers, broccoli, sweet potatoes, maybe yacon, unusual apples, and leaves like wild vegetables. Freshly fried, crispy and very delicious. The kenchin soup contains a lot of small chopped root vegetables, and the taste is soaked and delicious. Soba noodles are voluminous even when compared to other stores in Hitachiota City. The thin soba noodles are well drained and go down well. You can feel the sweetness and aroma and the flavor is rich. Because it is a dipping soup with a lot of ingredients, you can be full without having to make a large serving of soba. The heart-shaped soba that comes out from under the soba is interesting, and if you bring a woman, it will be appreciated. The restaurant is run by two sisters, so it takes time to serve, but there are comics, materials about the Higashi Kanesuna Shrine festival, and soba booklets in the store, so you can enjoy the waiting time. It closes as soon as it runs out, and it's so popular that the curtains were taken down after 12:30, so it's best to come early. (Saturday, October 2021)
