Second visit today! Last time, I ordered a large bowl of tempura soba, so today I ordered a warm duck steamer🦆 The meat has no smell, but it's tough and not very tasty. The sauce is quite salty if you drink it as is, but if you add soba noodles to the sauce, the sweetness of the soba will eliminate the saltiness. This is delicious! This time I ate a regular platter, but a regular platter with such delicious sauce is not enough! Next time, try a large portion or two! After you finish eating, you can add soba-yu to the sauce and it will turn into an elegant sauce. The person I was with ordered warm, kenchin soba noodles, but the amount of burdock was so large that the flavor of the other vegetables and the flavor of the soup were drowned out.

The garden with a pond, which was an old house renovated, had trees that bloomed with seasonal flowers. I ate Kenchin soba at a counter seat by the window overlooking the stylish garden. The soba noodles were delicate and chewy and aromatic. The kenchin soup is also very filling and satisfying, and the gentle dashi soup can be thoroughly mixed with soba hot water and drunk completely. When I asked about the menu for the tempura platter, I was told that they had maitake mushroom tempura, so I ordered it. In the spring, they serve tempura made with wild vegetables, and in the summer, I would like to try the cold soba noodles.

Satomi reopened yesterday. It's a cozy space that looks like it was renovated after being vacant for 10 years. We ate Hitachi Autumn Soba at the counter while looking out at the spacious garden on a Japanese-Western style table with new tatami mats. It was delicious~✨It looks like they'll be offering sake sometime soon, so they're also thinking about offering soba noodles at that time. The parking lot is large and good. Thank you for the meal
