I entered the store around lunch time. I ordered the best Shamodon and grilled Shamo skin. The meat is soft, chewy, and tastes great. Also, it goes well with eggs. I felt that the grilled skin was a little hard, but it felt like fried chicken with salty skin. I want beer. Since it was after noon, I took my time in the restaurant and enjoyed the delicious food. The atmosphere inside the store is good.

today's lunch A set of mini Tatsuta-age set meal and chilled Chinese food. It's called a mini Tatsuta-age set meal, but the amount was about the same as a regular set meal. Also, the amount of hiyashi chuka that comes with it is about the size of a single serving, so it was quite difficult for me as a woman to eat it all lol. The taste is delicious, so if you're a young, working man, or in the prime of your life, this amount is 1,000 yen, so it's sure to be a great experience. The noodles used in the Chinese noodles are fresh noodles from the noodle making shop "Hasumi Mengyo" in Sanuki, Daigo Town. Hasumi Mengyo produces and sells many types of noodles, including soba, udon, Chinese noodles, and somen, both fresh and dried, and is also sold directly at the noodle factory.

It's spacious inside the shop. You can eat in peace even with children. The tatami room is shaped like a sunken kotatsu, so be careful with small children. The staff at the store were very attentive and made sure we had everything our child would need before we even made a request. There is no children's menu, but a large bowl of rice is free, so you can share it. It seems that the gamecocks are purchased whole and raw, and then slaughtered immediately. Also, the drinks section of the menu was a highlight for me personally. I plan on stopping here every time I go to Daigo.
