I've been wondering about it for a long time, but I entered the store for the first time and had a stewed Hitachi beef hamburger lunch (1,000 yen including tax). I instantly became a fan of the rich demi-glace that doesn't rely on salty taste, and the perfect balance of not overcooking even though it's piping hot. When I visited, it was lunch time on a weekend, and I was the only husband, so the dishes weren't lined up one after another like a chain restaurant, but I think it's just enough to enjoy a meal and a conversation. Metabolic syndrome was just right for middle-aged people without being a fast eater. At the time of payment, when I told him, "It was very delicious, I will come again," he politely bowed his head and said, "Thank you." It seems that there are some critical comments about the customer service attitude, but I have a completely opposite impression. I thought he was a good chef who was modest and not overly intrusive, but had convictions and did a careful job.
