More Comments at Google MapI went to Tokiwaya, a soba restaurant, to get some soba noodles. This shop is a soba restaurant that makes its own powdered Hitachiaki soba from local Hitachiota city. I visited in June, when the summer heat started, but I had the famous kenchin soba. There are lots of ingredients such as potato shells and vegetables in a sweet soup. Ordered thick noodles and regular noodles. The thick noodles are chewy and chewy. The oil in the kenchin soup keeps it from getting cold, so it's great in the winter. I got it while wiping my sweat.
Arrived a little before opening time. Without waiting at all, I ordered Kenchin soba, tsuke, thick noodles, and a large serving (1200 yen). I ate so much delicious soba that I skipped breakfast, so I finished it! The kenchin tasted just right, not too salty, and the taro and vegetables inside were so delicious I was happy. I was happy to be able to enjoy the flavor and taste of soba with thick noodles that are hard to taste. If I had one request, it would be if they could leave coarse salt or rock salt on the seats so I could enjoy the wonderful taste of the soba noodles!
Celebrities Sayaka Isoyama and Hiroshi Oizumi have also come to eat here. The Kenchin Soba is so recommended that the parking lot is full when it opens at 11am.
