Soup with lots of ingredients served next to the stone mill. The small bowls of handmade konnyaku and kinpira were delicious, but the pickled vegetables had a flavor I had never tasted before, and I was impressed. The feeling of satisfaction after eating is irresistible☆ I think it was the tsukekenchin, tsukemono soup, and greedy toro set! I don't remember the names, but they were all delicious.

The host will kindly and carefully guide you and give you explanations. Soba is definitely recommended here, but since I can't eat soba, I opted for udon. The mushroom kenchin was very delicious. Personally, I also liked the Chinese cabbage pickles. Thank you for the meal.
