More Comments at Google MapMy favorite is miso ramen, which is slightly spicy and very delicious. If I had to compare it, it would be like a miso version of Stamina Ramen. And what is the strange taste of ordinary Hitachiota ramen? To put it bluntly, it is Kansai-style udon-like ramen with a light chicken and pork flavor, salty taste, and strong dashi stock. But this mixed with the thick curly noodles made it very delicious. It's definitely a taste that you can't find anywhere else. We always make a detour here on our Ibaraki tours, but the last order was 4:50 p.m., so we often ended up crying because we couldn't arrive in time. If you want to try it, please arrive as early as possible with plenty of time. This is a recommended store.
Spicy ramen green onion topping Speaking of Hitachiota, it's all about green onions, so I added green onions. Just the right amount of spiciness, crispy green onions Please note that the soup has a slightly strong taste and will leave you thirsty afterwards. The scent of miso stimulates your appetite and suppresses your desire to drink all the soup. Jururi the jiggly noodles Ah~ this scent that passes through my nostrils The sweet taste of green onions soaked in hot soup More green onions to enjoy both crunchy and chewy A complete meal with the harmony of local miso and sesame seeds It was a feast It was delicious today too.
The noodles are springy and delicious. The char siu also tastes good.
