I went to the buckwheat garden to get some soba from Mr. Satake. It is a soba restaurant built in a rice field. It seems that it is always crowded, but perhaps because it was a rainy weekday, it went smoothly. While waiting for soba noodles, the pickles and fried potatoes are delicious. For soba, we had the classic Morisoba, Shunsai Tenmori. Well, it may be rude to use such an expression, but it's not too elegant, and it's just the right amount of country soba. The waist of noodles, tempura, etc. are also medium. The building of the shop is not flashy, and the kitchen is on the left side as soon as you enter, and it is a very functional shop. The food comes out very quickly, and I want soba restaurants to be like this. By the way, in addition to the soba shop, there seems to be a cafe attached, so I didn't stop by this time, but it looks interesting. Look forward to next time.

A popular store that always has a line. There is still a line after 13:00 on weekdays, but it will calm down after 14:00. However, please note that the business is open until 15:00. My favorite soba restaurant in Mito closed down, and since then I've been going everywhere in search of delicious soba. After about three years, we finally met. The tempura is also crispy and there are things that you can't usually eat. I had a large serving of soba, but it was delicious and I could eat it easily. I ordered the wild vegetable tenzaru. The first thing I noticed about the soba sauce was, ``It's delicious!'' The soba noodles are short and easy to eat, and have a slightly sweet taste. The tempura is delicious and easy to eat, and the fried wild vegetables are perfect. My honest opinion is that this soba is delicious.
