Hanawa, Fukushima, Japan｜食事処富久

When I went out with my family, I always stopped at a restaurant on the way. There are various menus, but the one I always order is ramen. It's a very gentle and deep deliciousness with a simple chicken flavor! It's soy sauce ramen! The chicken oil will float and the soup will stay piping hot until the end. The noodles are medium thick curly noodles. It's been more than 40 years since I first ate it when I was a child, and the taste hasn't changed. Even though the owner has changed, the deliciousness has remained unchanged, and the nostalgic feeling makes it even more delicious. I'm sure other dishes would be delicious, but I can't find them (^^;

I usually passed by and never stopped by, but my wish came true. I ordered the "Hot Ramen Set". For the first time in a bowl, "Negitoro bowl" was attached. Both were very delicious✧

The proprietress was a very nice person, and when I took my children, she often gave me water balloons. Even now, I sometimes go to eat ramen 🍜🎵
