The soup made with dried sardines without any unpleasant taste was exquisite. I ordered a large serving of Chushu soba (3 pieces). Two of the char siu pieces were rare and one was cooked, and they were delicious without getting boring. Also, the thick menma was delicious. I felt that I was doing a solid job. I ordered a large bowl of noodles, but even a regular bowl seemed like a lot. There are no peppers or seasonings on the table, and you can feel the dedication. Also, the water was very delicious.

It is a hidden famous restaurant that is known only to those in the know. I hope it becomes more popular! The inside of the store is very simple, and when you first enter, you may doubt whether it is really open. As soon as you enter the store, there is a small ticket machine on the right side. The menu is divided into basic Chinese soba noodles with soy sauce only and Ajitama, bamboo shoots, and char siu soba depending on the type of ingredients. There are no submenus such as gyoza or fried rice, and you can feel the enthusiasm of the owner who competes only with ramen. The owner is very quiet and doesn't feel like a stubborn craftsman, but his earnest and single-minded approach to making ramen is very attractive. Ramen is a soy sauce ramen with a very light taste. It's a light soup like kake udon, so you'll drink more and more. Some people may drink the soup first before eating the noodles. It's such a delicious soup. Noodles are straight noodles of medium thickness. This time, I ordered Ajitama noodles, but the ingredients are only char siu, bamboo shoots, and green vegetables. There are no condiments on the table. I wonder if this is also a commitment, it's wonderful. The char siu seems to be made firmly and looks hard, but it is actually a soft char siu. Menma is well cooked for its thickness, so it is soft and easy to eat, but the seasoning is light. I think it goes well with soup. Personally, I like menma, so I thought I'd try ordering menma noodles. There is a tatami room, but there are no seats available. I don't think it will be available in the future. There is no BGM or TV in the store, so you can concentrate on watching the owner making ramen. It's a job that you can do because you have confidence. It's really delicious, so I want more people to know about it. Please note that the parking lot is behind the store.

A very delicious old-fashioned Chinese soba restaurant. The simple-is-best type of ramen didn't have the gory taste that's been trending lately, and you could feel the flavors of the noodles and soup. The light soup can be eaten for a long time and you won't get tired of it. The Chinese bamboo in particular was really delicious. The ingredients really showed the owner's dedication.
