More Comments at Google MapNot far away? I came here thinking that I wanted to eat some delicious soba noodles. This is the old Hasaki-cho, head towards Choshi on the R124, turn left at the Saihozan signal, walk for a while, and it will be on your right. Since this is a car society, parking is required in front of the store. Inside the store, there are 2 tables for 4 people, 1 table for 2 people, 1 table for 8 people (this seems inefficient), and tatami rooms. The soba and udon noodles are also handmade. The menu was so extensive that I was spoiled for choice! After all, if you want to enjoy soba, you should try it in a bamboo steamer, so I chose the ``Tenjiru Seiro''. The hot soup is kakiage of maitake mushrooms and small shrimp, but it contains solid shrimp that can't even be called small shrimp. The soba noodles are delicious, neither too hard nor too soft. If you are a big eater, we recommend a large serving. I also ordered a mini tempura bowl, so I was full. The soba soup is also rich. I also replaced the tea with cold soba tea, which also had a nice aroma.
I went to Kirimugi Kyoshichi, hand-made soba in Kamisu City🐖💨 Park your car in the parking space in front of the store and enter the store🚶♂️ There were table seats and tatami seats. I ordered soba noodles with duck soup. By the way, you can also use udon noodles. Both are handmade, so next time I'll try udon 😄 Soba noodles with outstanding flavor, texture, and smoothness 😋 Dipping soup that spreads the flavor of soy sauce and dashi. This is the one that will drink up 🤤 The best combination of duck and green onions is also delicious 👍 At the end of the meal, warm your body with soba-yu and finish the meal. It was delicious, it was a treat 🙇♂️
20201017 This is my second visit. Last time I had udon. It was delicious with a fairly chewy udon that goes well with sesame sauce. The sweetness of the vegetables matched very well, not to mention the udon. I had soba noodles today. The texture, the scent, it's perfect. Since there was a driver, we had sake together, which is also delicious. I enjoyed the combination of soba noodles and sake with shichimi. The landlady's hospitality is also perfect. I never thought there was such a store. I want to bother you again.
