Limited A Rich Tsukemen I can't believe you can now eat such authentic ramen at Hitachi. A flavor that is loved by men and women of all ages and ramen geeks. Even though most of the menus are based on green water, it's surprising that there are so many geeky guys. Both chicken and fish soups are delicious. There aren't many restaurants where you have to worry about what to eat each time at the ticket vending machine. The customer service is excellent, and most of the opening staff members, including the manager, create an environment where you can enjoy delicious food. I guess that's one reason why the customer base is so good. Since it has become one of Hitachi's most popular stores, there is a long line of people, especially on holidays. It's worth the wait, but we recommend arriving with plenty of time. This is a store that I hope will continue for many years to come.

I ate the special salted dried sardines. Ramen with dried sardines at other restaurants is quite salty, but it seemed to contain konbu as well, so it had a mild flavor that didn't feel salty, and had a rich and deep flavor! Is delicious! You can add wasabi to it for a different taste. I was very satisfied 😌 The number of people visiting this restaurant has increased year by year, and it has become a popular restaurant. Also, I used to think that thick menma was difficult to eat because it was big and thick, but now it's the perfect size and thicker, which has improved! Even though it has become a popular store, seeing how they continue to improve their skills every day makes me even more excited! The problem is that the location is difficult to enter, but I overheard the lady next door and the store clerk talking and found out that if you enter from the road leading to Ogizu Station, you can enter the store without having to climb the hill! If you take that road on your way home, it will be much easier to get in and out! I will visit you again🏃‍♀️
