I received the C set of zaru soba and mini cutlet bowl. The soba soup was a little lighter than other soups, and had a perfect depth of flavor with a strong soba flavor. I often eat soba and only taste the noodle soup, so this made me smile 😊 The noodles are firm, chewy, and smooth. It's good in the throat. was delicious. The mini sauce cutlet bowl is also delicious. The thin batter was soaked in sauce but still crispy, and the pork didn't need any teeth. So soft, but not greasy. I ate it thinking that the pasteurization would probably be great. And the shredded cabbage is quite thinly cut and steamed between the rice and cutlet, making it fluffy. The amount that adds sweetness but doesn't overwhelm you is the best. And the rice has grains and is crispy. This is combined with the fat of the cutlet and the sauce, creating a wonderful overall balance. It's craftsmanship. Tempura is also delicious, so I want to try it. A review a few years ago said that there was no soba-yu, but there was soba-yu 😊 There was no cigarette smell at all.

It was very delicious😋...but I'm a big eater, so my husband and I ordered a large portion, and when it was brought to us, the staff member was surprised and stood at the entrance and kept shouting loudly (it's a large portion, but... )(Are you a customer?)(Are you okay with that?), etc. When I replied, he laughed and said, (I thought it was a man). In my heart, I thought (please, please put it down and come back~😣). I can see that she was just really surprised, so I think it can't be helped, but there are some women who eat a lot ( ˙𐃷˙ )､ｯ.ᐟ.ᐟ

I went there for the first time. I tried Kamo Nanban Soba (warm). It's a little thick and you can eat it warm until the end.The taste will change if you add wasabi and chopped green onion after eating about half of it. It was delicious so I think I'll be going here for a while. We also had udon noodles. There's also all-you-can-drink, so you can probably have a little party.
