While many restaurants in the area were closed after 2pm on a Monday, I went to this restaurant thinking it would be a place where I could eat other menu items besides ramen. I am very grateful that I was able to enjoy a satisfying and delicious set meal for less than 1000 yen.

The shop is located in a small village in a peaceful rural setting. It must be a shop with a history rooted in this area. The front and inside of the store are new and clean like a new building. I got curry rice. The color is slightly browner than turmeric and has a thick consistency. At first glance, you might think it uses store-bought curry roux, but once you put it in your mouth, it's very relaxing and has a deep flavor. For a moment, I thought it was an old-fashioned curry, but I felt a variety of complex richness and umami. It's very well-balanced, so it's hard to know how to make it, but this shop mainly serves ramen, so it's ramen soup stock, boiled pork, and a flavor like Western liquor, Shaoxing wine? , There is also a flavor like Chinese herbal medicine like star anise, and it is quite tasty. I really like curry from restaurants that are like set meals rather than chain stores or restaurants. The taste is deep like that of Tone Shokudo, but the spice here is milder. And I think salted plums are also very good. Curry rice that you won't get tired of eating every day. Cutlet curry is also a gem. Also, the scent of the ramen soup that spreads throughout the store looks very delicious, so I definitely want to try it next time. Some local enthusiasts were also present. I think it's a shop that offers a very well-kneaded delicious taste.
