Achi, Nagano, Japan｜くいしんぼ 昼神店

This is one of the few soba restaurants in the Hirugami Onsen area. I thought it looked like a snack from the outside, but in the evening it looked like a karaoke snack. Soba is definitely Juwari Soba. I had tempura soba. The staff explained that there was apple tempura inside the tempura, and that it should be eaten with salt. Apple Pie? It was that kind of feeling.

I visited today during lunch time. Actually, I went to look for another soba restaurant, but it was closed because it was a weekday... I entered just by seeing the Juwari Soba sign on the way. As other people have written, I was worried that the atmosphere was more like a coffee shop along the highway or a drive-in, but I decided to go in anyway! My wife and I ordered 2 tempuras and one had a large serving of soba (lol). So, when I looked at the menu right after, the large serving was for 2 people ♡ lol The soba noodles were brought to me, and I just sipped the soba noodles... Oh! The scent of soba stands out and it's really delicious! I also ordered Gohei mochi (lol). Thank you very much for the meal♪ By the way, the apple tempura is the one in the foreground of the tempura photo! I was advised to try it with salt... It was my first time, but it was also delicious. Ah, if I didn't have a car, I would have had warm Japanese sake (lol)

The inside of the store looks like a random snack shop, Proper 100% soba noodles will be served. The apple tempura is so typical of Nagano Prefecture◎(´▽｀)
