The matching soba and soup is simply good!!

When I was looking for a spot for stargazing in Achi Village, I stopped by right after the store opened. The order is seasonal tempura, zaru soba and surito. Tempura was crispy, soba was intermediate between silk and coarse ground, and the texture was over the throat. There are shops that make similar buckwheat noodles in the city, but Mikaan's soba noodles have a sweetness similar to the light sweetness of soy milk. The yam was very delicious, matching the egg yolk, green seaweed, and dashi soy sauce. Thank you for serving soba-yu even though it was just after opening. I will drop by again when I pass nearby.

I often had to go to other stores due to business hours, but it was worth waiting until 11am! Good atmosphere, good appetizers, good soba. Although the prices are a little higher than other soba restaurants in the area, we recommend this one.
