The udon noodles are not as chewy as Sanuki udon, but they go down well and the noodles are a little thin, making them delicious. You can change the flavor of the yaba udon with yuzu pepper, and I'm satisfied! Even though it was busy, the staff took time out to talk to me about various things, and I had an enjoyable meal! My kids like udon better than soba, so I stopped by this udon restaurant. Even though I felt that way, after eating, my parents said they wanted to come again. The recommended hirugami udon was glossy and delicious, and the udon with pork was so delicious that I wanted to drink the soup until the end! ! I want to stop by when I come near again.

I was planning to eat Hirugami udon, but I was drawn to the eggplant character and ordered Yama udon (large size). The noodles were smooth and easy to swallow, the soup was sweet and spicy to my liking, and it was very delicious with lots of toppings. Next time I want to eat Hirugami Yumori Udon.
