Achi, Nagano, Japan｜Shoen

The soba noodles were so beautiful that I couldn't help but take a photo. I'm not an expert on soba, but it looks like it was carefully made, cut, and boiled. Colorful and elegant vegetable tempura (with apple tempura). The soba noodles had the aroma and presence of buckwheat flour, but had a smooth, crisp texture that went down my throat. The soup stock has a nice crisp taste. It was delicious. I came here on the recommendation of the waiter at Ishida. They say they close when they run out of soba noodles, so on the day I visited, they closed at 12:30. By the way, I think the kakiage is enoki.

Not only is the soba delicious, but the wild vegetable tempura and apple tempura, which are rare to find in Tokyo, are also delicious! The soba noodles are so delicious that I think they are the best in Japan, but by 11:30, they were sold out and the restaurant was closed.
