Roadside station shaped like a castle I stopped by for lunch before going to Tenryu Gorge. There is also a parking lot in the front and back. There is a souvenir shop on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor. As the name suggests, there is also a hand training dojo nearby. I ordered not only soba but also the famous sauce cutlet. The price is 1000 yen, and the rice bowl comes with a lot of rice, and the sauce is sweet and salty. The cutlet is crispy, soft and the cabbage is delicious. Is the miso soup Shinshu miso? It comes with pickled Nozawana and soba noodles about the size of wanko soba. The tea served is warm soba tea. The price and quantity were satisfactory. I also had the famous Ichida drinking yogurt. This was also delicious

I stopped by on my way back from camp. Are you looking for soba noodles? I had the sauce katsudon. I was happy that the sauce katsudon set included mini soba noodles ❤ Both the katsudon and soba were delicious!

I tried making soba noodles. I thought it would be easy, but it turned out to be quite difficult! I took home the soba I made and ate it as New Year's Eve Soba. It was a thick soba (lol)
