Really good soba restaurant ! The owners are really nice and really welcoming. I took the duck soba, the soup was really tasty and everything was very fresh. Deserve a detour if you are in the area.

It was warm so I went on a tour. I had the seasonal burdock tempura soba. Even though I'm from the Kansai region, I like soba noodles from the East, and I absolutely love the strong soup stock, but this stock wasn't that strong and had a strong flavor, so I drank every drop of it. The soft burdock tempura was delicious. I couldn't stop there, so I also had a colander. Since it was after the warm soba noodles, the soba noodles had an extra crunch, which was nice. We had a lot of family customers come in, so the soba soup we ordered didn't come out, but that was to be expected. It seems that it has only been a year since the store opened, so I hope that they will continue to do their best.

It's along the national highway, but it's a little hard to find. The inside of the store is very clean and tidy. There is a small room where you can make soba noodles. I ordered kake soba and tempura soba. The soup is thick and slightly sweet, making it very flavorful and delicious. The soba noodles are chewy and chewy, making them easy to swallow. It was so delicious that I also added some zaru soba noodles. I was a little surprised that there was a delicious soba restaurant in such a place. I felt like I had earned it. I'll go again.
