This shop was opened by the son of the innkeeper in Oshika Village, where I regularly stay. He has experience training in Tokyo and has a hidden concept of ``delivering the taste of the city to locals.'' Fresh fish delivered from friends in the Goto Islands. The fish will be cooked by a chef friend from Toyama who was training with him. I have never forgotten the taste of eating delicious fish from Toyama Bay since I was a child. It is said that when making fish into sashimi, it depends on the sharpness of the knife, and when cooking it, it depends on the temperature of the fish. Even though it was a weekday Thursday, I visited the restaurant, which was nearly full. It's only been three months since we opened, but the word-of-mouth effect is immeasurable! There's not even a signboard, and maybe it's better that way. When I stay at a regular lodging, I want to enjoy lunch!

I found a wonderful shop in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture 🥰 Iida is a wonderful place with delicious water and air, rich in nature✨✨✨ A gentle countryside that makes you forget the city in a good way. He taught us wonderful French cuisine that makes use of fresh ingredients such as vegetables grown in Iida 🙌🏻 All the dishes that come out are artistic and delicious beyond my imagination, I'm just so impressed 😂 Not only refreshed my mind and body, but my stomach also got a firm grip ☺️🙏 Thank you for the meal🥰
