Stopped by for lunch while walking around Azumino. Although it was a weekday, the seats were almost full by 12:00. The hydrangea set meal is really good value and recommended. In Azumino, soba is not a set, but I was very satisfied with the bandit grill, Shinshu salmon and soba that I wanted to eat. It's also nice to be particular about local things. After the meal, there was a footbath outside the store, so I was able to relax.

My mother and I entered Ajisaikan after leaving the nearby bathing facility, Rhododendron Yu. I ordered zaru soba and hydrangea set meal. Zaru soba is my favorite type with thin soba noodles and spicy noodle soup. The Hydrangea set meal includes both salmon sashimi and Sanzokuyaki, and it even comes with chawanmushi. The sashimi is not thinly sliced, but solid, and the Sanzokuyaki and chawanmushi are both piping hot. Even my mother, who usually eats less, was munching on it and saying, "It's delicious." Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was beautiful, and the inside of the restaurant had a high ceiling and a nice, clean feel.The female staff were bright and refreshing, and they were very considerate of my mother, who uses a wheelchair, which I really liked.
