Very popular with locals and a good pit stop between Matsumoto castle and Narai juku

Visited after seeing reviews on Google. Thin, flat soba noodles (the photo shows a large serving of soba noodles). The soup is light. The texture of the soba noodles is perfect, neither too hard nor too soft. When you drink soba-yu, you can tell that it is high-quality soba because of the aroma of soba. The kakiage that came with it was also flavorful with small shrimp. The inside of the store was showing its age, but it felt strangely calm. However, it was a hot day and there was no air conditioning, so I was a little sweaty. I received grapes as a service. Thank you for the meal.

I had eaten zaru soba twice the day before, so I had tempura soba with warm soup. Next time I go, I want to try Zaru Soba. I bought some yaki as a souvenir and ate it at home, and it was delicious and my family liked it.
