Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Manaya - Vegetable Kaiseki & Organic cafe

Dropped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by one of the best tempeh dishes I have had in Japan. Loved the serene and woody atmosphere of the refurbished old farmhouse.

I always stop by when I go to Azumino. Is this really a vegetable? It looks great and tastes amazing even when you eat it. I love okara spring rolls. I look forward to hearing from you every time.

I had MANAYA rice. All the dishes were elaborately prepared to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, looked good, and were very delicious.
