The restaurant is tucked away from the street and has a great atmosphere. Although the store was dimly lit, I felt calm. The soba noodles had a firm texture and a nice aroma that made me want to eat more. The vegetable tempura was also crispy and delicious. The set sauce cutlet was also crispy and voluminous. It may not be a major restaurant, but I wanted to stop by when I came to Nagano again, and I felt confident to introduce it to my acquaintances. It's delicious, gives you a taste of Nagano, and is reasonably priced.

There are many famous soba restaurants in Azumino, but this is one of the best-kept secrets! It may be heretical, but it's powerful. At this stage in May 2021, there is no need to line up for an hour in advance like at famous stores. However, after opening time, customers come one after another. The parking lot fills up quickly. I had the impression that Azumino's soba was Sarashina, but this is a strong Yabu-style soba. The aroma and taste are perfect. The soba soup at the end has a nutritious taste and an irresistible aroma that passes through your nostrils. We sincerely recommend that you use it.
