Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Rotisserie Le Bonheur

I visited after making a reservation for lunch the day before. I didn't know there was such a delicious restaurant in a residential area. It was set up like a dining room in a brand new two-story house, and the table and kitchen were kept clean and well-maintained. The wife was a super multitasker who rebaked whole-leaf bread, and the chef was a super multitasker who operated frying pans on three stoves while also serving as a salad and soup washing station. It was fun because I had a seat that overlooked the kitchen. I asked for a lunch course. To make the salad look beautiful and three-dimensional, the leaves are tied up little by little and set. When I ate it, I felt like I was a wild boar trampling a field of wildflowers, and it was delicious and crunchy. The main dish was grilled Azumino free-range pork, and the various vegetables, meat, and peppery sauce were delicious. I was satisfied with the delicious desserts I received little by little. The delicious food made me feel happy. It takes 3 hours by car, but I will definitely come again. Next time I will eat salmon or deer. If it was in my neighborhood, I would go there twice a week lol

I had the pasta lunch course (¥2,640 tax included). The salad was beautifully arranged, the soup with bouillon was strong, the pasta was voluminous, the dessert looked cute and was delicious to eat, and the drinks were included.It was very delicious. They seem to use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, and the food was delicious with lots of vegetables. There seemed to be a wide selection of wines from Nagano Prefecture. I'll visit you again.

I used it for my wedding anniversary. The vegetables were delicious. I had fish (Shinshu salmon) and meat (beer pork) as my main, and my wife had meat (deer). Beer pork was limited to 4 meals. It was flaky and delicious. The deer was also delicious.
