I like walnuts and it was rare, so I ordered the walnut soup soba. I enjoyed the taste of both the slightly stronger regular soba soup and the walnut soba soup. I thought that the chewy soba noodles were larger than the soba restaurants I've eaten so far, and I was very satisfied with the heaping vegetable tempura and soba noodles that I ordered separately. ❇️ March 2022 It's been a year since I visited you. Shall we have walnut soba again this time? I was hesitant, but decided on “cold mushroom soba.” I also ordered some delicious crispy tempura and was glad to hear that it could be made for one person. This is for one person, but it seems like there will be three servings. The fukinoto tempura was also bittersweet and very delicious. The amount of mushroom soba was large for one person, and it also contained plenty of mushrooms. Both the soba and mushrooms were delicious, and I was very satisfied this time as well.

Since I went alone this time, the shop was kind enough to give me one for one person. It was pretty good. Looking at the menu table, there was a udon menu. I think I will come to eat udon next time.

I had the warm mushroom soba. Since I started living in Nagano a few years ago, I have eaten various soba noodles in various places, but the taste of this soba noodles and sauce was excellent! I will definitely eat there again when I go to Hakuba. Thank you for the meal!
