Matsukawa, Nagano, Japan｜Soba restaurant Tsubakuro

Great experience for tourists. 😂 love those soba

I visited around 11:30 on a Saturday and entered the store without waiting. The soba noodles in the Tsubakuro set were thin and firm, and when I dipped half of them in the soba soup, they were delicious with the aroma of soba. I had a large portion, but the portion was not bad. The freshly fried tempura served early was delicious, and the boiling water was rich and satisfying from start to finish. Although there weren't many chairs, the restaurant was friendly to the elderly, as there were small chairs in the basic Japanese-style room with cushions, and the meals were served on a set table to make it easier to eat if you used the chairs.

Although it was a holiday, I was guided in about 10 minutes. It's not on the main street, but down a narrow alley. A restaurant with a nice atmosphere that looks like a renovated private house. The large soba bowl and tempura bowl were both filling and delicious. The pickles that come with it are also very good.
