I went for lunch with my wife. I had the fried oysters gozen, and my wife had the tempura gozen. The fried oysters come with 5 large, piping hot oysters. I ate it with a small plate of sauce and tartar sauce. On the small plate, there are various mushroom dressings. It had a gentle taste with the deliciousness of the mushrooms oozing out. The chawan mushi was moist, smooth and delicious. Mango pudding for dessert. It tasted just like a fruit with a strong flavor, and I ate it in quick bites. My wife couldn't finish the tempura, so I ate some. The shiitake tempura was delicious with thick shiitake mushrooms and a firm texture. The fish tempura was so delicious that it just melted in your mouth. The shrimp tempura was plump and very delicious. Overall, what I would like to convey is that the owner's care in preparing each item by hand was evident in the food, and it was very delicious. If I have the chance, I would like to visit again.
