Matsukawa, Nagano, Japan｜Nippachi-an

Since I came to Nagano, I stopped by to eat soba. Unlike the soba that I usually eat, it has a great flavor and smooth texture. It was crystal clear. The tempura was great, and they brought out soba noodles one by one, and they asked if I could add more, and that kind of consideration was the best. Next time I want to try warm soba noodles too 🎵

I visited you on Thursday afternoon. I heard it was a popular restaurant, so I headed there to try to get in as soon as it opened. Thanks to you, I was able to enter the store easily. Soba is very delicious. Tempura too. I know it's popular. The tempura had zucchini and mint for the first time in my life, and it felt very fresh. I also felt that they were very particular about serving two pieces of soba at different times. It was a store that made me want to go again.

A delicious soba restaurant that personally competes for 1 or 2 in Shimoina. I always add a large serving to Morisoba. The soba noodles have a wonderful body and fragrance, and the Azumino wasabi that comes with the additional serving has a refreshing sweet fragrance and a mild spiciness. Not only soba, but also tempura is crispy and delicious. I am also happy that there is always tempura manju. On weekends, it is often sold out in the latter half of 12:00 and you can not enter.
