Takamori, Nagano, Japan｜Shinanoe

Visited on Saturday at 11:30am. I was seated right away because the timing was good. When I looked at the menu, everything looked delicious and I couldn't decide, but I chose 100% duck. Soba is delicious when you eat it with salt. Duck soup soup is light and delicious for dipping soup. I am very satisfied with the normal cold soup. I visited on a whim and was very satisfied. When I left the store thinking that I would come again, customers were lined up. This is also a convincing shop.

I had soba noodles at Shinanoe on the way home from Yamada Farm. I am tempura, and mom is maitake mushroom tempura. As rated, it was very delicious. The tempura is also crispy and has a variety, so I'm very satisfied! The soba noodles were thick noodles, but they were delicious. Next time, I would like to have 100% buckwheat noodles♪ Shinshu is good too!

I visited on a Saturday afternoon. I was glad that the parking lot in front of the store was empty for one car...There seems to be a parking lot a little further away. I received Juwari Soba. The soba noodles were thick and firm and very delicious. The soba served with salt was also exceptional!
