Fugu had a light white flesh and five young sweetfish. Simple. I'll come back later. 2023/6 Lunch at "Hina no Ayu" in the Iida wholesale housing complex in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture. It feels like a market. The inside of the shop is beautiful. There are 6 seats at the counter, 2 tables for 4 people, and a tatami room that seats 8 people. From the blackboard menu of the day, I chose the seafood bowl of the day. It was raw tuna medium toro, burrito, and raw whitebait. It was good. I wonder if seasonal sashimi is delicious even if you ask for five kinds of bowls, three-color bowls, or barachirashi. Miso soup is ara soup. There are many other interesting menus, both fixed menus and daily menus! I have found my favorite restaurant. I think I will go regularly to eat the seasonal daily menu. I came here because I wanted to eat sweetfish. Sweetfish is skewered after an order is placed. It was a very satisfying set meal with just a little pinch of the perfectly grilled ayu with chopsticks. This shop is located on the premises of the Iida City Wholesale Complex. It seems that it is mainly open to people working in wholesale housing complexes, and there seems to be no fixed menu. Due to the influence of Corona, the business hours are slightly unclear, so I visited several times and finally entered the store on the fourth time. Surprisingly, the price of the lunch menu is cheap. Most of them are around 500 yen. And it's a reasonable price that includes tax. In order to keep the cost down, they used techniques to increase the volume, such as mixing tofu into the meat and adding chopped vegetables. It's a specification, Handmade pickles and more. I was very impressed with how well it was handled. I get the impression that it's hard to enter because it's located in the premises of a wholesale housing complex, but it's business as usual, so Iida also has such a hidden maniac shop. I hope you enjoy it. During lunchtime, office workers from the neighborhood come in, so it gets a little crowded, but if you visit at a different time, you can enjoy a good meal.
