It was my first time as a family to come to a ramen shop that is also an izakaya Chanya. I ordered gyoza, fried chicken, geso, fried naankotsu, tofu salad, and salted cabbage. Everything was delicious, and the menma appetizer had a spicy taste that I had never had before in Japanese style, so I wanted to eat it again. I was surprised to see that the salted cabbage came out piping hot.The salted cabbage that I know is like raw cabbage sprinkled with salt and squeezed until it comes out, but the cabbage that had been blanched had a slight salty flavor with the bonito flakes. So I decided to make it at home. Shime's naughty miso ramen is the most popular and the soup is delicious! ︎ I wanted to eat it again. Also, the food came out quickly and the staff was so nice that I wanted to come back again.
