Komagane, Nagano, Japan｜Showaen

I ate two cutlets (1550 yen) from the sauce katsudon. They also gave me a large serving of rice for free, so I was very satisfied with the amount. I'm not a big fan of fatty meat, but the cutlet here wasn't too fatty and seemed to melt in my mouth. I'm glad that the fat tasted better than the taste of the sauce or the taste of the meat. In terms of overall price, quantity, and taste, Fukusumi wins, but it is a restaurant that I would recommend to my friends.

The sauce and katsudon are delicious, but when I go here, I always try the Neapolitan spaghetti. The Teppanyaki Neapolitan made by the owner who trained in Nagoya is the best. However, pasta is only available on weekdays. If you go on a weekday, please come!

The miso sauce for the miso cutlet was homemade and had a strong sweetness. The inside of the store had a nostalgic Showa era scent.
