Clean and cute restaurant. Pleasant staff. Wonderful food. I suggest the chicken liver dish, it is delicious.

There was Shirabiso Soba Gaki. This is powerful. A taste that makes you a fan. This is the first time I've had hand-made soba noodles that are this thin. However, the taste and aroma of soba is strong. I like thick ones, but I like this one.

A soba restaurant with an atmosphere like a hideaway in the mountains. The restaurant's simple and calm atmosphere is perfect for enjoying soba noodles. By lunch time, it was quickly filled with customers. It's fully booked and there's barely room for 20 people. The space is large, so you can visit with peace of mind even in today's times. The local chicken tsuke soba was also very delicious, but the 100% soba was especially special! Thank you for the meal.
