I was looking forward to having soba here every time I visited Shiojiri for work. This was my first visit in a long time, but I was very impressed with the delicious soba as usual. The side menu changes depending on the time. I think there was cod sprout tempura in spring. I got wild mushrooms this time.

He has been going there for about 25 years. The flavor and texture of soba noodles are outstanding. The soup is delicious, but I eat about half of it without adding anything.
