Children say Shinshu jade soba is the most delicious. The ground soba noodles are my wife's favorite and have a great aroma. Coarsely ground Jomon soba is chewy, thick, elastic, and the darkest. I liked the Jomon soba. The tempura had a good flavor of wild vegetables and was very delicious. The store seems to be a one-off operation, so it's best to be prepared to wait patiently. The parking lot is not large, so if you arrive at a bad timing, you will not be able to park and will have to wait a long time. I stopped by on my trip from Nagoya to Matsumoto, and I was able to eat delicious soba noodles.

Jade soba. 100% buckwheat flour. When you eat soba without adding anything, you can smell the aroma of buckwheat flour and it is very delicious. There is no powdery feeling at all. The noodles are firm and chewy, and they don't feel lumpy or crumbly at all, so they're easy to eat even if they're short. It seems like you can take frozen food home, so it was delicious enough to make me want to buy it next time.

(07/01) Drinking soba noodles for lunch at Minoru-sama in Senuma, Shiojiri City ^^ There are many soba restaurants in both Matsumoto and Shiojiri, but when I was doing some research, I was curious about something called "Shinshu Hisui Soba." In addition to that, they also have brown ground and coarsely ground soba, so I decided to visit because soba lovers couldn't resist. I was a little nervous in front of the owner, who is a skilled craftsman, but he kindly taught me a lot about soba, and it was a fun time. Thank you for the content ^^b The additional tempura I received had an exquisite batter and the wine went well ^^b As a prior knowledge, ``Shinano 1'' is a common Shinshu soba. ``Nagano S8'' is a new autumn soba variety that was selectively bred from the hybrid progeny obtained by crossing ``Kanto 1'' and ``Shinano 1''. I was told that the soba noodles without the skin were darker green than Shinano No. 1, so I actually looked at the soba noodles, and it was indeed beautiful with a slight green tinge. Marunuki jade soba is different from any other soba noodles you've eaten before, and it's addictive, not only for its aroma and smooth texture, but also for its subtle sweetness and chewy texture. The brown ground meat has a rich texture, and the Jomon meat has a refined sweetness and texture, and it was very fun to compare the three types and it was really delicious b^^b There are two standard wines: Shinano Wine and Alps Wine.
