More Comments at Google MapMy long-awaited first visit to Namaste, who continues to provide authentic meals in the Matsumoto area! It moved about four years ago and currently operates from a coffee room on the first floor of the Hata Cultural Center, and when the store is busy, you can use the library next door until you are shown to a table. In a sense, it's ideal to have an environment where you can spend your waiting time meaningfully! The veggie meals made by the owner, who was inspired by the food he ate at Ramana Maharshi's ashram, can be said to be based on the aesthetics of subtraction cultivated over many years of experience. Rather than trying to be talkative, I think this is because they want to accurately convey the richness that is the core of Meals. Needless to say, the Tamil Nadu style meal I received on a particularly hot summer day this year went down smoothly!
I always had a delicious smell, but today I was finally able to go to eat! I was able to experience the depth of curry again, or rather, I was able to taste the unexperienced zone! ! In my mind, curry was a delicious and energetic food. However, I got the impression that Mr. Namaste's curry not only makes your body beautiful and healthy! I said a lot, but I definitely want to go eat again! Chai is also delicious!
Even though it was my first time as a woman, I was able to relax thanks to the warm welcome from the owner. The only Veggie Meals (1,200 yen) are colorful and each one has its own unique taste, and the delicate flavor of the vegetables matches the spices. She also taught me how to eat it and it was delicious. The restaurant was crowded and loved by both locals and tourists, so it was very cozy.
