Located near the liquor store on the first floor, it is a small place with only 5 or 6 seats at the counter. There is a shop next door, and eel, liver, boiled carp, etc. are lined up for takeout. It is also in the Inoue department store in front of Matsumoto station, and it seems that the number of seats has increased due to recent renovations. It's rare to come across such delicious eel. The eel here is steamed and grilled, so it is very soft and fragrant. Grilled eel is fragrant, but on the other hand, it seems that it can become hard, so it is recommended for the elderly. The quality of the eel is undeniably good, so it's so juicy and chewy that you'll forget you're eating seafood. For eat-in, you can choose one or two pieces of eel, and it comes with liver soup and pickles. It seems that you can increase the amount of rice if you wish. Unaju can be taken home, so it is also used as a consumable item. I have visited famous restaurants not only in Matsumoto City, but also in the Chushin area, and I am confident that they are on par with the wonderful restaurants in Shizuoka, Nagoya, and Kyushu, and I recommend Matsumoto citizens' pride in their Unaju. . 〈Revisit〉 Since it is a luxury item, I can only visit once in February, but I receive it regularly. Since it is a luxury item, I often put it in relatively easily even on holidays other than the Midsummer Day of the Ox. The taste of the sauce is not as sweet and salty as usual, but the quality of the eel is juicy enough to make it sticky. Above all, I like the very soft finish when steamed.
